Aries 21 March – 19 April

A perplexing time with your job, as first everybody thinks they know and then they don’t! Once you realise they don’t; beware of tension or harsh words. Have the day off and stay out of the firing line.  To all Arian’s who take a stand – no matter even if you are right; you will still be seen as a handy scapegoat.  And expect to learn something very important this month; but you may need to keep it to yourself.

Taurus 20 April – 20 May

Venus enters your zone of relationships to liven up connections with loved ones, or to introduce new ones. Rethink any investments or assets that you are arranging with another person, as the Eclipse later this month suggests not everything will work out as you expect. Complications could occur for those of you on holiday, or making plans. All will right itself after you have paid in full.

Gemini 21 May – 20 June

As a Gemini, you are naturally curious. When this curiosity touches taboo areas, you can get into trouble as others see it as an invasion of privacy. Or is it you that feels invaded by others? The eclipse later in the month is in Gemini so there is likely to be strong emotional undercurrents, and you could possibly over-react to whatever is happening.  Whatever you worry about will be changed by the end of the month.

Cancer 21 June – 22 July

You have not wandered into a crazy zoo.  The people around you are dealing with their own stuff; and not doing so well! The tensions and power plays will only get abrasive if you let it. Be nurturing without being stepped-on, and it will pass. Take yourself out somewhere special to enjoy a social event.  Continue to explore your creative side which will give you inspirational ideas and solutions.

Leo 23 July – 22 Aug

The New Moon is promising that this month is the start of a new surge in self expression and creativity. And a new love if you want it! There is a playful mood around you, and if you have been in the doldrums, then it’s time to let yourself shine. Write down your specific goals, because you could get what you wish for. Also take care of your body as a health issue can flare-up.

Virgo 23 Aug – 22 Sep

This is the perfect month to initiate some changes around the home and family. Do you want to move, or renovate or buy something new? Speaking your mind could get you into trouble, so double check all your facts. The young people in your life want to express themselves freely, or take a risk. And for yourself, questions about intimacy can arise asking you to look at how you show, or hide, your inner self.

Libra 23 Sep – 22 Oct

Early in the month the New Moon brings in new possibilities and a new style of communicating and sharing information. Mid month there is concentration of tense energies in the place of home and family. Any long simmering anxiety or resentment is likely to surface. But remember that you are learning about communication, so use these skills you are developing to steer a safe and helpful course through any hassles.

Scorpio 23 Oct – 21 Nov

Venus enters Scorpio to help you and to bring you into prominence. People will be drawn to you and tend to do what you suggest. Use this to help you make new connections and to actually enjoy being in the public view. The trouble this month is with important decisions. Information will be difficult to find and you may even feel confused.  Remember an old saying “act in haste; repeat at leisure”.

Sagittarius 22 Nov – 21 Dec

The New Moon will enter Sagittarius to ensure you feel even more restless than you normally do. I encourage you to say yes to (nearly) everything. Don’t close off any ideas, and keep a few possibilities always open.  The trouble to be aware of is with money, or a dint to your self-confidence, and loved ones will be going through a highly emotional time later in the month.

Capricorn 22 Dec – 18 Jan

It’s out of your control. But control is the operative word. You want it and you don’t have it.  Every Capricorn will find this a difficult time as you are life’s natural managers and this month your natural skill is not on your side.  We all have to learn how to do something another way. Do you go through it, under it, over it, around it, or decide that “it” does not matter anymore?

Aquarius 19 Jan – 18 Feb

Venus brings attention and possible good luck regarding work or in any of the roles you have in the public eye.  And you could join a new group or social network. There is a lot going on behind the scenes but it is not the time to delve too deeply. As they say, “let sleeping dogs lie”.  The Lunar eclipse suggests that a chance encounter will not turn out as expected.

Pisces 19 Feb – 20 March

There is a new energy building in your work zone but distractions are every where. Friends have strong opinions and keep changing the goal posts. Stop expecting it to work out as nobody really knows the truth. Focus on your own stuff as you family will need your full attention later in the month, so make some time to attend to domestic demands. Expect a twist in the story you are being told.

Some of the lines of the hand in Palmistry 1: ...

Q. Where, and what, is a Life Line? palmistry

A. It starts between the thumb and the pointer (Jupiter) finger and circles around the meaty part of the thumb. It represents vitality, health, and our journey through life.

Q. Where is my Life Line?

A. Ummm…it does not appear to be there. Golly; it must mean you’re dead!

                          *

Yes it does happen. Not very often and I have only seen it only once, but some people do lack a life line.

A strong and clearly marked life line shows strength and vitality as well as a good immune system. But obviously, one can be in good health without a life line. Nor can the length of life be foretold by the length of the life line. So don’t panic at your short life line, and also don’t smile at your long one.

The life line is our physical body. The lack of a life line merely suggests that the mental spirit shown by the head line, or the emotional feelings shown by the heart, are the driving force of life.

A strong Fate, or Destiny line, which travels vertically through the middle of the palm, can also show physical vitality and hence add to, or weaken, the life line.

So much to tell you….. so little space. More on the life line in the next issue.

For all you night owls

Brilliant Jupiter is high overhead and is the main feature of the December night skies.  He is known as the new or upcoming King, and if you grab some binoculars you may catch a glimpse of bulges or dots which will be some of his own moons circling him; just as our Moon circles us.

There will be a Lunar eclipse on the 21st at the Full Moon. Watch in the early evening as the Sun sets and the Moon rises and you may be lucky enough to see the Moon go darker, or even change to a reddish color. The very earth on which we stand will block the light from the Sun and we will cast our shadow over the Moon.

As the month passes, Jupiter will be falling further and further towards the west.

For all you early birds

Venus in now the morning star and will be rising before the Sun.

You will also see Saturn which is roughly a relaxed hand-span higher than Venus. He is a soft yellow color. Use your binoculars to see if you can make out the bulge of his rings. Saturn is known as the old King and since Venus, the great goddess, is spending time in the sky with him, it meant benefits and joy to the one in power.
