Your Sun Sign Forecast for Nov 2012 November 1, 2012

Aries 20 March – 19 April

Information is being held back and advice, regarding studies or legal matters, needs to be double-checked. Next month you will get the true picture.

Secrets can be toxic and need to be released. Find someone you trust, or see a professional. Long distance travels plans may be changed, but don’t delay any holiday plans; you need it!

Taurus 20 April – 20 May

Keeping your head in the sand will not work. Talk to your partner and find out what is going on in their heart and mind. Discuss what is “yours, mine and ours”. Once you are on the same page it will not be as bad as you think. Then by the end of the month it’s a great time to sort out a budget for future plans.

Gemini 21 May – 20 June

You are not deaf, you are not stupid. You are just unable to figure out what they are saying. Confusion is likely! The eclipse at the end of the month is in Gemini. This is the time to be honest with yourself. Who have you been pretending to be? What do you want? Be who you want to become.

Cancer 21 June – 21 July

This is the perfect month to be creative. The artist within you will rejoice. The child within you will want to express itself. The children around you will be showing you how to do it. Let yourself experience the spontaneous joy of a child. Find fun in something silly. Cultivate an attitude of fun and yes, take a risk! Say yes to everything.

Leo 22 July – 22 Aug

Feelings of insecurity mean it’s important to ground yourself. You may not feel supported. Or you may need to get ready to move house? Or do your parents need support while they reestablish themselves? Nothing is certain until the last second. You can feel supported and make this work in your benefit if you stay flexible.

Virgo 23 Aug – 22 Sep

Small decisions need slow and careful consideration. And as for big decisions; all I can say is; Wait! Even past decisions can jump up and bite you on the nose. Spend time thinking and analyzing all possible choices and all possible outcomes; something you are good at. Then you will find the choice you didn’t even know existed.

Libra 23 Sep – 22 Oct

Money makes the world go around. I wish it were spiritual happiness, but for you this month its money! No need to worship it, or waste it; but treat it with respect! And respect can mean a new financial plan. Do yourself a favor and Google compound interest. Then value yourself and say thank you for what you have!

Scorpio 23 Oct – 21 Nov

Ouch, did that hurt! Now turn the other cheek. Don’t take it personally. The stars are not on your side. But the New Moon in your sign means a new start. Your time will come, and you will know it by the end of the month. So prepare to bounce. Re-do your sums and double-check everything. Then win by compromising.

Sagittarius 22 Nov – 20 Dec

The planet of communication is going backwards out of your sign. That explains why you don’t feel understood or heard. In fact, it’s a good time to be invisible. You can notice, and learn, a lot by watching and listening. Spend quiet time with your version of god(dess); at the church, shed, garden, bush or ocean.

Capricorn 21 Dec – 19 Jan

Groups of friends can press your buttons and with Mars, the warrior god, entering your sign, you may react with argument. The lesson this month is to be assertive whist staying calm. Their ideas are worth thinking about. And taking on extra responsibilities will prove to involve more than you thought.

Aquarius 20 Jan – 17 Feb

You think people see you as one way and it’s a surprise to find they see you as another. Your work situation will change and it can seem dramatic. Choices can appear to be non-existent. But you will get a second chance to make a different choice; or to make another one.

Pisces 18 Feb – 19 March

You need a holiday! If you are not escaping the hum drum of life at least make every day different. Restlessness will be distracting. Get out of bed from the other side to start the day off in a different state. Legal concerns may heighten and result in tension. Get an educated opinion to find the better option.

A lot of people do not realize that the Sun moves into the 12 signs of the zodiac on slightly different dates each year. The Sun does not follow man-made time!

Moon Garden tips

I moved into a house with a huge overgrown Nectarine tree that needed pruning. I like to reach up and pick fruit; not climb into the heavens on a rickety ladder!

So I cut it back by half on a day perfect for pruning to reduced growth. Then a few days later I pruned the remaining braches on a day perfect to enhance growth and encourage fruit crops.

It worked perfectly!! I love gardening by the Moon.

It will soon be time to prune to reduce growth and if you keep it quiet I will let you know that it is on the 3rd, 4th and 5th. And the 11th and 12th. Shhhhhhh…… Normally only the people with the Super Almanac get this information.

I will be pruning my hedge.

Whats that in the Sky? Astrology in Action November 1, 2012

To get your bearings you only need remember that the Sun rises in the east and sets in the west.

For all you early birds

Jupiter will be nearly overhead near to Aldebaran, where all the aliens come from in the movies! The Pleiades, also known as the 7 sisters, are a little to the left. Have a look especially on the 2nd Nov when the Moon will be next to Jupiter. What a beautiful sight!

You will have to be up early to see Venus rising in the east. She will be rising up just before the Sun, and soon the glare of the morning light will obscure her. Let the Moon be your guide when she will be next to Venus on the 12th Nov.

Look southwards to see the Southern Cross lying on its side. The two big pointer stars will show you the way. The Southern Cross is important to us as it is always visible and to me it is the constellation of my homeland, the anchor of all Australians. Although tall trees or hills can obscure our view of the Cross.

For all you night owls

At night you will see Jupiter rising in the east and the Moon will be nearby on the 2nd Nov and also the 29th Nov. Aldebaran and the 7 sisters are also visible.

Now quickly turn around to see Mars setting in the west. He is following the Sun and will soon disappear in the early evening. Let the Moon be your guide when she is next to Mars on the 16th Nov. The brightest star close to Mars is Antares, another star that the aliens come from in the movies! Antares is the head of Scorpio and you can see the huge sweeping curve of his tail. But be quick as both Mars and the Scorpion will soon disappear into the horizon.

The Southern Cross will appear upside down and close to the horizon. As usual, the big two pointer stars will show you the way.

News from the Stars

7th Nov Mercury goes retrograde in Sagittarius

11th Nov Neptune goes direct in Pisces

14th Nov New Moon in Scorpio with Total Solar Eclipse seen in Cairns, Queensland.

14th Nov Mercury enters Scorpio

17th Nov Mars enters Capricorn

22nd Nov Venus enters Scorpio

22nd Nov Sun enters Sagittarius

27th Nov Mercury goes direct in Scorpio

29th Nov Full Moon in Gemini with Lunar eclipse seen here in Australia in Queensland especially around the Cairns area.

The movement of the planets herald time when we feel mood changes, times we are galvanized to take action, and others times when we lack energy. There are shifts in feelings and energy levels at all New and Full Moons, when planets move into signs, or when there are connections (aspects) between planets, or when they turn retrograde or move direct again.

Pay attention to the days when these shifts happen and notice your feelings and energy levels. This understanding will enhance your experience of life.

Enjoy the ride!
